Incorporated in November 1981, Clark’s Audio Visual Services Ltd. Clark’s has been one of Vancouver’s longest established suppliers of Audio visual equipment and technical support services for the convention and meeting industry. Clark’s is located at 1910 Ontario Street, Vancouver BC V5T 4G6. Clark’s also maintains a warehouse in Bellingham, Washington to ensure the prompt availability of specialized items.

Mr. Les Clark, President and CEO has dedicated his working life to providing professional meeting equipment and services to a wide variety of clients, including major corporations, small businesses, educational facilities, associations and non-profit societies.

Clark’s professional staff combines over 40 years of experience in Audio visual planning, event coordination and operation management. This has been made possible by having these key figures involved; President and CEO, General Manager, Event and Staging Manager, Operations Manager, Accountant, Quality Control Technician and General Technicians.

These include Simultaneous interpretation, Audience Response Systems, Concert and Large Venue Public Address Systems, Portable Stages, Custom Lighting and Design, Multi Room and Venue conference support, Computer rentals, File Management and File Presentation handling, Video and Teleconferencing, Video and Audio Recording and projection, Room schematic and Stage design, and layout.

24 Hour Personal Service

Clark’s professional staff takes pride in the ability anticipate, prepare, make decisions quickly and handle day-to-day client demands professionally, promptly and efficiently.

We provide dedicated technical staff, who are on call 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our on call technicians wear paging devices to provide emergency service at all times and communicate by walkie-talkie radio with banquet staff and Conference Organizers. Management and technical staff are available in the office from 6AM to 6PM.

Site Familiarity

Clark’s has first-hand knowledge of all meeting facilities in the Vancouver and the Lower Mainland, including lighting and electrical capabilities, acoustical characteristics, room access and storage availability onsite.
